Who We Are

Born from Two
Worlds of Flavor

Eggsellence was founded on a simple belief: breakfast deserves the same care, creativity, and depth of flavor that you'd find in any great restaurant. We draw from the rich traditions of Levantine cuisine — the herbs, the olive oils, the slow-cooked spreads — and bring them to the brunch table in a way that feels both familiar and entirely new.

Every dish we serve is a conversation between two cultures. You'll find shakshuka beside house-made labneh, crispy pastry beside soft scrambled eggs, and za'atar beside maple. It's not fusion for the sake of it — it's honest cooking from people who grew up eating both ways.

We opened our first location in Seffner, FL with one goal: to make the morning meal an experience worth waking up for. Tampa's growing food scene deserved a Levantine brunch spot, and we're just getting started.

We believe the morning sets the tone. When you sit down at Eggsellence, we want you to slow down — put the phone away, taste what's in front of you, and actually enjoy the start of your day. Our menu is designed to reward curiosity. Try something you wouldn't normally order. Ask the team what's fresh. Let yourself be surprised.

All of our proteins are halal, our bread is baked in-house, and our spreads are made from scratch each morning. We don't cut corners because the people who trust us with their mornings deserve better than that.
